I will not remove HDMI cords from televisions.

Agreement to Terms of Use

The event aligns with the approved purposes outlined by Discover Boone County, including tourism-related meetings, promotional events, or educational tours.

I understand that all events must be hosted during times when a Discover Boone County staff or board member is present.

I am responsible for all cleanup after the event, including removing trash, wiping surfaces, and resetting furniture.

I agree to report any damage or maintenance concerns immediately to Discover Boone County staff.

I understand that I may be held liable for any damage caused during the use of the facility. Proof of insurance may be required.

Alcohol is not permitted in the building unless Discover Boone County is the sole host of the event.

I will not store materials or supplies in the building before or after the event.

I understand that use of the building is limited to the first floor only.

If using the building after hours, I agree to pay a $100 staffing fee in advance of the meeting.
