The Baker’s House
The Baker’s House is an authentic sourdough bakery dedicated to traditional long-fermentation methods that create rich, distinctive flavor in every loaf. Beginning with a simple sourdough boule made from flour, water, and salt, the bakery now offers a variety of naturally leavened products including flavored boules, sandwich breads, crackers, hamburger buns, baguettes, whipped butters, and pizza dough. Each loaf takes nearly 30 hours to craft and is made with a living sourdough starter cultivated from the wild yeasts and bacteria unique to the Zionsville ecosystem.
