Gardenfest 2026

Gardenfest is hosted by the Boone County Master Gardeners. This one day event celebrates all aspects of gardening with guest speakers, vendors selling garden items and plants, soil testing, gardening education handouts, and Ask-A-Master Gardener to help with your garden questions, In addition, the Master Gardeners will be giving away free native tree seedlings to the first 400 attendees. There is also the Potting Shed which sells gently used garden items and a booth selling native seed packets collected and packaged by the Master Gardeners from our own Boone County gardens. Kids are welcome to come visit the Pansy Patch to do some fun take-home activities. The Garden Cafe will also offer sandwiches, drinks and homemade pies, cakes and cookies.
