Scott Miller Watercolors- opening reception

Scott Miller is a husband, father, art teacher, small business owner, novice gardener, and award-winning watercolor artist. Scott has displayed artwork in juried art exhibitions across the United States. Most recently, his artwork was displayed in Indiana, Massachusetts, and Ohio. His artistic influences range from fellow Hoosier artist and friend Brian Gordy to world-renowned painters of the past like John Singer Sergeant, George Inness, and Albert Bierstadt. Water, reflections, and scenes from nature are common themes in his paintings. If you have ever been on a hike and stopped to take a picture of a beautiful scene, that’s the kind of moment Scott attempts to portray in his paintings.
