Get Your Event Listed

Please fill out the form below to have your event reviewed by the Discover Boone County Staff and potentially listed on our online event calendar.  Your event must meet the following guidelines to be included in the calendar.

• Takes place in Boone County
• Be open to the public
• Actively promotes and attracts out-of-town visitors

Events must draw in leisure travelers. This does not include camps, multi-week classes and workshops, local library events/ classes/ workshops, sports league and recreational registrations, events such as conferences, meetings, school-sanctioned functions, garage sales and events that have a built-in audience and no marketing need.

If you have an event that does not meet our listing criteria or have questions about submitting your events, please contact info@discoverboonecounty.com.

Do you have an event that has been canceled or postponed? Please contact info@discoverboonecounty.com to let us know so we may update the calendar.

Please note:

Your event will not be automatically added to the calendar after completing your event submission. It will first go through an approval process to ensure it contains all the information needed to be added and fits our guidelines. You will be notified if your event is not approved.
