April 8th 2024 is a day Boone County will never forget. The total eclipse was an incredible experience that is very hard to put into words beyond “awesome” and “you had to be there!” We welcomed new friends from all over to our wonderful county and showed them the charm of our communities while they Got Mooned in Boone.
We’d like to thank all of the event organizers who put together activities over the eclipse weekend and on the big day to welcome our guests and show them what Boone County is all about.
